- Investigative report into the US Tricking League has so far concluded it is not registered as one and so has been given the proper designation:
( Unsanctioned / Amateur League )
In addition to findings of highly exploitative and corrupting effects in a sports contest context
The flagship representation of the USTL ( Vertigo Tricking ) has been evidenced to be enabling inappropriate, unprofessional conduct, unsportsman-like behaviour and illegal activities as persons in positions of trust & authority and are actively concealing them

Many Tricking Events that promote adult-only activities should be restricted to 18+ for attendance ( 21+ for alcohol/substance usage in USA/19+ in Canada )

Kojos Trick Lab
KTL operates in Canada since 2017 and continues to this day despite being dissolved in 2022
It's proper designation is an Agency and produces events along "Tours" in Tricking however this business model isn't formally established in Canada

UTX Academy CIC is the most updated representation of Sam Kojo and his athletes,
however Kojos Trick Lab is still the branding they use to do business internationally

Due to the high prevalence of manipulative and other regulatory evasive business practices, these all fall under Sports Corruption &
it is deemed a risk at this time
Participation could result in finding of guilt should matters escalate to courts in the future & so it is encouraged to be cautious 

Always gain a second opinion and do required research when seeking to participate in opportunities in Tricking in Canada & internationally

Travel Advisory
For Canadian athletes who travel for Tricking, a legitimate sports league would assist to safely transfers athletes internationally.
These organizations are typically established, enforce safety policies & arrange for proper visa applications.
Adrenaline & Kardo are the two most trusted sources at this time - you'd have to contact them and apply on their websites.

For independent travel always confirm that the proper visa is applied for and that the opportunities are legitimate.
Typically a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed between parties for freelance / truly independent athletes.

Canada
Please be advised that Tricking is a newly developing sport & is susceptible to mismanagement.

It is recommended to find an established tricking club or program & register into a safe & clean environment with a vetted coach.
Tricking does not have a proper governing body here, and despite a lack of legal registration to carry on business in Ontario and other provinces,
American organizations do work in Canada and have agents recruiting on their behalf and are entering into business relationships with athletes using various deceptive/regulatory evasive means.

It is an on-going risk that should be brought to the awareness of the public and partnering with these organizations at this time is unsafe.

To train in a safe environment with a legitimate movement coach I recommend Allen Keng's program.
Allen Keng teaches the basics of Acrobatics, Tricking & on trampoline and is a professional and safe trainer to work with.
I do not currently recommend any other community in Toronto at this time.

The spirit that these recent initiatives exert has proven to disrupt organized crime groups and their activities have largely ceased from being recklessly promoted publicly by them. Any further incidents will continue to be relayed to regulatory, law & other enforcement agencies in the best interest of the public & Tricking. 

I can't control other people's actions but my focus is on self-discipline and making my own efforts mark major developments in this area that Tricking has needed.

Be sure to speak up and raise concerns about activities or behaviours that are not appropriate in your communities - there should not be any worry about retaliation as it is not acceptable anywhere in the sport, especially if raising legitimate concerns.

Also, I hope to encourage that in the event of an emergency, we don't hesitate to call 9-1-1 or report criminal activities to police using the non-emergency line.

There are also ways to submit Anonymous Tips and there are Child Exploitation & Human Trafficking reporting lines as well.
